b. Teaching staff about trauma and how it can change the way they view and interact with others.

5. POLICY REVIEW WORKSHOP: A specialist will work with decision makers to help develop trauma friendly policies into existing policies and procedures.

6. Trauma informed messaging: A specialist will work with organizations to develop messaging that clearly identifies the organization or business is trauma informed to outside parties.
