Videos & Interview gallery

The National Trauma Awareness Initiative seeks to change the narrative around what lands people in jails and prisons. We will do this by featuring formerly incarcerated people, and letting them tell their stories about their lived experience and how early childhood trauma played a role in their subsequent actions. NTAI believes that screening for trauma and treating trauma is the only way to stop generational trauma.
